This powerful formula effectively removes limescale, mineral build-up, and coffee oils while cleaning and sanitising your machine. Safe for all pod, espresso, and coffee machines, each bottle delivers up to 5 treatments to keep your machine performing at its best and lasting longer.

Why Descaling Matters
Over time, limescale, mineral deposits, and coffee oil residues build up inside your machine, especially if you live in an area with hard water (which contains high levels of minerals like calcium and magnesium). Without regular descaling, this build-up can:

Some traditional cleaning methods can be slow, ineffective, or even unsafe for your appliance. It's essential not to use harsh acids like sulphuric acid, which are hazardous and poisonous and can damage delicate machine parts. How to Use

Directions: Always refer to the manufacturer’s user manual.

USE WEEKLY FOR BEST RESULTS

  • MAINTENANCE CLEANING: Premix 50mL of Coffee Machine Descaler with 450mL water.
  • STUBBORN/HEAVY SCALE: Premix 100-150mL of Coffee Machine Descaler with 400mL water.

POD, ESPRESSO OR COFFEE MACHINE

  1. Remove water filters from your appliance if fitted. Pour the premixed solution into the water compartment.
  2. Run approximately 1 cup of solution into a cup through the descale or standard brew cycle. Let the solution sit in the machine for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Run the balance of the solution through the machine.
  4. Rinse the machine by running one full compartment of fresh water through the machine or until the water is clear.

STEAM WAND

  1. If the wand has a removable tip. Remove it and use a brush to remove any excess build-up. Replace tip.
  2. Place a premixed solution in a steam pitcher or glass jug and place over the wand so the
    solution covers most of the wand.
  3. Turn the wand on for a few seconds to heat the solution.
  4.  Let the wand sit in the solution for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove the wand from the solution and wipe it down with a clean cloth.
  6. Purge any solution from inside the wand by turning it on for a few seconds.

Note: Not suitable for use with aluminium or appliances sensitive to acid (such as enamel, marble, silver or zinc plated).

Handy Hint: Use Magic Stainless Steel Cleaner & Protector on the outside of your stainless steel appliances to add shine and a protective layer.

Contains: Citric Acid 40% w/v.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

FIRST AID: For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (e.g. phone Australia 13 11 26; New Zealand
0800 764 766) or a doctor (at once). If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and
flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a Poisons
Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove
contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.
