Limescale, mineral deposits and mould build up on appliances that use water. This build-up is worse if you have hard water as it contains a high mineral content. Some traditional methods can take much longer to achieve results and are unsuitable for some appliances. It is not advisable to use harsh acids, like sulphuric acid, which is hazardous, poisonous and can corrode some surfaces.

Magic Multi-Use Descaler is non-toxic, biodegradable, septic safe, and certified Australian Made & Owned.

Important: It is crucial to descale your household appliances well before they reach the heavy scaling seen in the kettle "before" photo. Scale build-up can lead to heating elements burning out. When encrusted with scale, the element struggles to conduct heat effectively through this layer, resulting in overheating and eventual failure of the element.
